Return Policy

Shannon Fay Art strives to ensure that you are delighted with your new artwork. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review the returns policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

Original Artwork

In the rare case that you receive an Original Painting that you are not completely satisfied with, you may send the Original Painting back for a full 100% refund providing it is within 3 days of receiving the artwork. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. The artwork MUST be be securely packaged in the same packaging (with corner protectors and bubble wrap) as it was sent in. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the painting back to the studio in the same perfect condition it left in. Shannon Fay Art is pleased to report that to date - no paintings have been returned.

If your original artwork or the frame of your original artwork has been damaged in transit, please head to the contact page and leave a message within 3 days of receiving delivery. I will request photos of the damages and offer refund or replacement.

Custom Commissions

Due to their personalised nature, commissioned artworks are non-refundable. I provide progress updates to ensure your satisfaction throughout the creation process. If your original artwork or the frame of your original artwork has been damaged in transit, please head to the contact page and leave a message within 3 days of receiving delivery. I will request photos of the damages and offer refund or replacement.

Return Process

Contact Me

Email hello@shannonfayart.com.au within the return window to initiate the process. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Packaging

Use the original packaging or equivalent protective materials to return the artwork. Damaged returns due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded.

Shipping

Depending on the circumstance for the return, you may be eligible for a paid return shipping label. Please contact me to see if you qualify. Shannon recommends using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned artwork is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Shannon within 3 days of receiving delivery at hello@shannonfayart.com.au with photos of the damage and the packaging. Shannon will then work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a refund.
