I painted this piece in between working on some complex commission pieces. I needed to paint something calm and soothing. This peace was equally as peaceful to paint as it is to admire. I dotted the grassy headland with little pops of blue flowers. Below the sweeping shoreline is adorned with rugged rocks where the bush meets the ocean. Soft tones of blues, teals and greens, I hope this piece brings a sense of relaxation and quiet connection to nature to its future collector.
